Where do the pieces come from? Every piece in The Closet was previously sourced for a Return Soon member. Members tell us what they want, we buy it directly from the brand, and they have it for two weeks. The best of what comes back is made available here.

Are the pieces authentic? Yes. Because we buy directly from brands and brand-authorized retailers on behalf of our members, every piece is guaranteed authentic.

What condition are pieces in? Most items here have been worn once and are in perfect condition. Each listing notes the condition. If there are any flaws, we disclose them in the product description.

How are sizes handled? Each listing shows the size on the tag and the brand's standard sizing. We do our best to note fit (e.g., "runs small," "fits loose") in the description. Reach out if you need measurements.

How are prices set? Our prices are typically 70–85% of the original retail price, depending on condition and demand.

Can I return a piece? To return an item, email orders@returnsoon.com within 5 days of delivery to request a return. Some items are marked final sale and cannot be returned. All returns are subject to approval. See our full Return Policy for details.

How long does shipping take? Items are shipped within 4 business days of your order being placed.

How do I apply for membership? Return Soon membership is by application only. You can apply here.

What is a bridal portal? We build custom closets for wedding parties — every event from the bachelorette to the wedding day in one synced experience. Powered by the same Return Soon rental engine, with items of your choice delivered to your bridal party new and directly from the brand. Apply here

How often is new inventory added? New drops every Tuesday at 7pm.
