We ship within 4 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information.

Shipping options Standard shipping (USPS): 3–5 business days Expedited shipping (USPS Priority): 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

Order processing Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International shipping We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or damaged packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at orders@returnsoon.com within 48 hours of the delivery date noted by the carrier and we'll work with you to resolve it.
